Marsh Harbour is a covenant protected community with friendly neighbors and beautiful homes located in Richmond Hill, Georgia.  We are a deep water community on the Tivoli River. The Tivoli is located very close to St. Catherine Sound and is just off the inter-coastal waterway.  We are a short boat ride to the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean and St. Catherine's Island.

 

The Amenities include a pool with a pool house, community dock with boat hoist, and a boat yard to store boats, and travel trailers.
