Architectural Review Committee has the responsibility of architectural control of Marsh Harbour. Any structures, including approval of new construction, home renovations, as well as any improvements or changes to existing buildings or land features, must be approved by these members prior to beginning any project. If not, you are responsible for the applicable fine. Fines will be paid in a timely manner. Any unpaid violations will be handled by the HOA Attorney and may result in liens.
